Class Styles!
Reformer all levels Pilates - a strong workout from beginning to end, using spring options on a reformer machine to challenge and grow your fitness ability. Targeted exercises to build muscle , endurance, balance, mobility and strength
Jumpboard Reformer class - a more athletic cardio style class incorporating the jump board, elevating your heart rate while stregthening and toning the whole body.
Private 1:1 Reformer with the trainer - Workout with the trainer all to yourself.
Reformer Begin / rehab or Restorative reformer, - perfect if your beginning your pilates journey, or have injuries that require substantial modifications. (Suitable for pre-natal and post-natal. )
HOT MESS Pilates- We like to keep this as bit of a surprise, what we can tell you is the room is heated between 30 - 36 degrees Celsius. Hot classes assist caloric burn, build flexibility and make you sweat.

CORE CRUSHER - this is an intense core class, building abdominal strength.
GLUTES GALORE - Super strong glutes workout, building peachy bottoms.
Barre ( a ballet, yoga and mat pilates blend) - a dynamic full body workout. Designed to sculpt and lengthen your body. It will keep you on your toes with sequenced choreography before bringing you down to the mat and combining props like bands, balls, weights and sliders to optimise your workout even further.
